A great question to ask as we all ‘step in to 2019’ is “Where have you come from and where are you going?” (Genesis 16:8). In pondering this question recently I thought about the Scriptures that declare, “He will give you the desires of your heart” (Ps. 37:4). I asked myself that very question. “What are the desires of my heart?” He is the One who embedded in me ‘my calling’ . . . . to be who God meant me to be.
