Anastasia was gifted with a special thank you from AFRICA NEW DAY’s speaking at their Young Emerging Leadership School zin Goma.

Monthly ZOOM meet ups occur with our Congolese Emerging Leaders Cohort. They are going through the ‘When Women Rise’ curriculum authored by Dr. Anita Schamber. The group has been mentoring Congolese women over the last two years. This curriculum has been translated into 47 different languages!

“I was asked to speak at a ‘Women in Electronics’ conference at the Hyatt Regency in San Diego. This was a very ‘edgy’ assignment for me….I am NOT a ‘techie’ :(! I was told there would be about ‘75 high powered women’ who had flown in from around the country. When the CEO had asked me to speak I told her ‘I think you have the wrong person….it took me about an hour last week trying to figure out how to put the ink cartridges in my printer!!! She had heard me speak at a ‘Women in Leadership’ conference and said ‘I just want you to share what you said this morning…about becoming an authentic woman in leadership.
 
God has a sense of humor….He delights in imparting His power to those who meet the one paradoxical requirement….weakness!
